Why "why"?
W H Y; These
three letters are the essence of our living.
From Dead sea
to Mount Everest, from Kaffeklubben island to Antarctica, everyone is involved
in a race to find out "why".
"Why"
surrounds our existence.
"So, let man observe from what he was created?"
-Surat Al-tariq,
Ayat 5
“I go to seek
a Great Perhaps.”
― François Rabelais
Everyone is certainly uncertain. The quest to find the meaning of
everything takes us from being closer to our loved ones, to far apart. Some of
us lose this race, others get tired, and very few find the actual reason of
"Why". The tricky part is, everyone's why is different.
Let me quote someone who I hold very dear,
"We spend lot of times convincing others to the ideas of
someone we listened, read or watched. Our own thought process is paralyzed.
"
The essence of "why" is not in finding it, it's just in
the struggle. You fail, you fail again; Every failure has a reason, every
failure has its own "why".
Engineers find the why of their Machine's problem, Doctors find
the why of the disease of patient, Scholars find why of the religion & its
issues pertaining to human beings. Each has its own race of why, his own pace
of this race and his own reasons.
Allah (SWT) created a feeling called "Iztraab
(Bechaini)" in humans. This is the single most
important facet of us, this keeps us floating.
"Agar iztirab khatam hojaye to Allah ke taraf kon jaye ga,
Allah ko kon khojay ga."
-Alif Allah aur Insan
If you pay attention to all of this, Allah himself is W H Y. So,
if you are quenched in depression or at the highest point of your life, a
day-dreamer or Insomniac, a sinner or a saint; no matter where you are, the
checkered flag has same three words W H Y. So, find your own path, equip your
means of transport the way you like, Fail & fail again to know the reason
because the journey is important, not the start or end.
May Allah (SWT) guides us all.
If you have reached this point, then bundle of thanks
& love.
